Sans interrupts him and says "something terrifying is among us." the Conflict ending ends there. shouts "SANS! THERE YOU ARE!" commenting on his laziness as usual.In the Conflict ending, when You encounter Sans, You immediately hug him, and tell him "what you just saw in there". In the Conquest ending, he seems weirded out by the posessed Frisk, and loses his smile once they speak. Sans is encountered in the Conflict and Conquest endings.Napstablook saves You in the conflict ending using either their body or tears, blocking The Imposter's vision, and allowing you to escape into Snowdin.Napstablook mentions "seeing something they weren't supposed to see" after their battle, when referring to the Ruins.Napstablook only speaks when a "familiar tune" is sung to them by You.Napstablook is a lot shyer than their Undertale counterpart, not even speaking to You or even moving for a majority of their battle.Flowey's dialogue is almost identical to his Undertale counterpart, however, he does not say the line "Come on, get as many as you can!" when using his Friendliness Pellets.Flowey has the least changes of any character shown.In the Conquest ending, she realizes that You are willing to do anything in order to win against her, which causes her to strip the viewers' control of You, and possess their body instead later on exiting the Ruins and go on her own adventure.Napstablook stops her before doing so, and swores that she won't stop until you drop dead. In the Conflict ending, she avoids every single one of Your attacks, up until you get a singular hit, which causes her reveal her true form and spiral into a mental breakdown and almost kill You.Her name changes to "Hera" at the end of it. In the Comfort ending, she reveals her true form and bears the truth about why she possessed Toriel she thought that she was nobody, and that the only way to become somebody was to possess Toriel.She then attempts to kill "You" to prevent them from telling the monsters outside the ruins about her secret. The parasite verbally attacks "You", identifying them with the Discord users, for finding out her secret and judging her. This parasite has the partial ability to read and quote posts made on the Undertαle Discord server, thanks to the help of her Ypireti. In part 6, it is revealed that a parasite refered as "The Imposter" has taken possession of Toriel's dead body.In part 6, it is revealed that she has a hole in her back. She tries her best to conceal her back to the point of walking backward.Unlike in Undertale, Toriel speaks with contractions.Her eyes lose their shine, one of her horns disappears, and one side of her mouth appears to be cut. Her face becomes more distorted with each chapter.Her in-battle sprite is one pixel thinner, but contrarily, her textbox sprite is one pixel wider. Toriel's appearance changes with each chapter.Out of all characters so far, Toriel has the most changes.Their attitude seems to change depending on the chosen ending.Their appearance is identical to Frisk, however, they are a lot more hesitant to "progress". "You" is the main protagonist of Undertale Alpha.
